I'm a former academic with a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT. I taught at Harvard Business School, Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business, and Boston University's Questrom School of Business. My research on the uncertainty of entrepreneurial outcomes, the impact of international trade on firm innovation, and other topics has been published in leading economics and management journals.
After a decade in academia, I found myself losing the enthusiasm that I once had for research and teaching. I desired to build something new, where I can engage with people from all types of backgrounds and help them realize their potential in life. In this form, I utilize my professional expertise, which is to support learning and personal growth, in work that creates immediate, tangible impact. In 2022, I founded my career coaching and consultation practice, Sight Sphere.
Why “Sight Sphere”? Sight gives us the gift of clarity, as we shine a light on the path forward. But sight alone is insufficient. We need to connect that clarity with action. Then, each action we take creates circles of influence—first in how we show up, then in the opportunities we attract, the relationships we build, and the impact we make. These circles form a sphere of transformation, where inner vision and outer change are intimately connected and woven together.
